How do they attach to the wheel or hub?
Wheel Masters 8001 Stainless Steel 4 Hose Tire Inflators 16'' to 19.5'' Wheels Hub Mount
Valve Extenders
How are these anchored on the wheel or hub? I have a braided set now that are held to the wheel by spring steel clips. Not very effective and very hard to air-up the tires.

These are held to the hub with an L bracket which is secured by an included rivit. So you would need a rivit gun to install the rivits. These can be purchased at any hardware store pretty inexpensivily if you dont already have one. Another option would be to buy some small screws with lock nuts, but this will require you to remove the SS wheel liner to install the bracket and nuts. Once installed this is a very secure way to keep those hoses in place.
