UPDATE: We finally did get an answer and yes this faucet can accomodate a drain stop pull. There is a cap in the back of the faucet that needs to be removed.
It appears there is a slot on back of this Dura RV faucet for a sink stopper, I realize it doesn't come with one but is the hole there? Dura Faucet DF-PL100-WT White Single Lever Bathroom Faucet Sinks Faucets
