There are a number of factors that would determine the answer such as how many hours of direct sunlight the solar panel is receiving and how low are the batteries. This solar panel puts out 2.2 amps in direct sunlight. So if your batteries where dead it would take at least a week in direct sunlight (no clouds, shadows, ect) to recharge those batteries. Since you would not discharge batteries completely, usually at 40% the voltage is below an exceptible level it would not normally take as long. You basically want to look at how much sunlight you expect in hours, the amp output of the solar panel, and how many amps hours it will require to get your batteries back to 100%. 5 hours of direct sunlight with a 2.2 amp solar panel is going to deliver 11 amp hours to your batteries.
