No. But the lower xxxx holes have to be modified a little to make the new shroud fit correctly.

will this fit model 57915.621 Prod # 991731640 and what do I do if it is wrong ? my unit has a gray band around the bottom do I need to remove it to install shroud ? thanks Tom
