We are unable to tell you if this will work on your 1999 EEE we are not sure what is a 1999 EEE I called the manufacturer and they suggested that either you provide more detail information and I can reach them and get the correct mirror, or if it would be easier for you to contact them and they will help you. I will include the number for you. they did say this mirror is for a LH and a RH you just turn it. RAMCO 574-266-1455
