We need some further information from you in order to better assist you.
Where are you taking this measurement?
Did you just back up prior to taking the measurement? Sometimes when you pull forward after backing up the suspension components re-align.
Is it possible the driver side is heavier that the passenger side?
Are you seeing any tire wear?
You can send your responses to kgarry@rvupgrades.com
Thanks,
Kathleen

You step on the arms to lock into place and it easily adjusts from 16 to 24 inch. Once set it can be padlocked in place to detour theft.
