No these spice clips do not come in a different size. I do have a different spice rack that you may be interested in and have included the link to the part below. However I don't know exactly how much larger of a spice bottle you are talking about, but as long as it's not too much bigger than the ones shown in the picture, you shouldn't have a problem because the splice clips open up to the size of the bottle.
