Swagman 64025 Receiver Bumper Adapter - 2''
Bike Carriers
Hello, I'm new to RVing. I figured to add my bike rack, I could use this adapter. I just bought a Jayco swift 184BH with the spare mounted on the center of the bumper. I am also assuming that I could just move the tire to the left with the bike rack or my cargo carrier to the right to distribute the weight. My question is; are there any other safety concerns, i.e. too much weight on the bumper itself?

It's up to you and how strong you believe your bumper is. In reality it will probably be fine, I did just what you are planning. BUT almost all manufacturers say you can't add or modify to bumper. AND be sure you don't take away your tongue weight, probably not an issue, but I don't know your camper.
