Had the same problem. Made 5 phone calls to Blue Ox. Was asked what did not work, I told them, I was told they would call back with the correct bracket the next day. No call back. I called again. They asked If I could send them pictures of there area under the coach where the bar would be connected. They said they would send the pictures to some department and would get back with what the needed part would be. Did not hear form them. Called them again letting them know I saw the video and the system in the video was not the same as they sent me. Also the clamps on my coach that hold the anti sway bars were not the same as what they showed on the video. I was told they no longer make the bar in the video. Last phone call led me to believe they had decided the one they sent me would fit. I told them I am mechanical parson and a fabricator. If this bar did fit my coach then their instructions was the worse I had ever seen. Not sure how accurate this might however it would appear Ford made two chassis during the year my coach was made 1997 one with the new V10s and the older 460s. Mine is the 460 and it would appear the tiger bar is made for the V10s, just a guess on my part. Sending it back.
