Towmates says the RVHW32 is available with a 4-pin flat transmitter at no additional cost - is this option available through you?

I would think that a 4-pin flat transmitter would just be a no-cost option when ordering. Of course I cannot say whether RV Upgrades can do that, but I would surely think so. Whatever the problem, I've found RV Upgrades to be the best customer-service outfit you will ever deal with

Unfortuently, we do not have the 4 pin flat transmitter available, burt we are working on it. We hope to have the full TowMate product line available by 10/1/15.
