From the bottom of the frame on the camper to the top of the receiver tube will be a 3" drop. The receiver tube will protrude out 8".�

I,m considering the 13703 for a fifth wheel. A 4 in bumper is attached under the 10 in Ibeam and the bumper extends rearward 8 in. Will the receiver pass under the bumper? What is the length of the receiver?
