Yes, use the 3 holes and you will have 1 anchor screw left over. Mounts fine and secure.

The Winegard base is engineered for both 3 and 4 plug antennas.
I have a winegard RV antenna will this booster work? Winegard RV-WING Wingman UHF Upgrade for Sensar II & III RV Antennas RV Antennas Receivers
I have a winegard antenna, it has 3 rubber plugs that can be removed for mounting, this indicates 4, is this booster compatible for use on my antenna?
