No this will not fit a 2002. You will probably go with one of the following depending on what you have. A BX1633 will fit a 2002 Yukon 2500 (4WD, XL, SLT). The BX1633 also fits the 2002 Yukon 2500 Denali and BX1682 will fit a 2002 Yukon 1500 Denali.�
