No this is not made of Sunbrella which is the cover that is recommended for the southern region climates. I do not carry these because they are only available as custom fit covers. You will have to contact ADCO. Their number is 800-541-2326�

The handle is adjustable for throw so you can get it to turn within the 11 inches. As for width as measured from the fitting across the reel opening to the xxxx top is 8 1/2 in�

Yes, the width includes the hand crank, and the hand crank does rotate with the 11� depth.
