It is not enough for that cold. Under mid 30* F the reverse refrigeration lines can freeze. My kids live in this trailer in Idaho and we added a small side vented pellet stove. �

How well will this heat pump work in the north east where we are experiencing cold weather as low as 0 deg.? Is there backup electric heat installed in this unit for the real cold days?
