I apologize that you are having issues with this Splendide ARWXF129W. I looked through our information for this product and I am not seeing anything about the door not opening. I did see that it has a door lock for when it is in a cycle. If the cycle is complete and the door is locked, I would try turning the unit off and back on again to try to reset it and unlock that door. Please let me know if this was helpful as it may be helpful to others as well.
