If your RV is 30 and 50 amp you would probably want to go with a 50 amp surge protector, and if you run into 30 amp power you would just need to use an adapter at the end of your power cord. If your saying that you have 2 RVs one 30 and the other 50 and want 1 surge protector for both you could go with a portable 50 amp, but you will also need the adapter.
